Hi! We’re Studio Eight – a creative interior design collective born from our shared passion for thoughtful spaces, the beauty of materials, and meaningful design.
Studio Eight is the result of a collaboration between Hormuth Architektur, an architecture studio led by two visionary brothers, and Ronja Rupalla, interior designer and content creator behind the platform @housenumbereight_.

What started as a shared project – building House Number Eight – quickly turned into a creative partnership. Together, we discovered how seamlessly our ideas, values, and aesthetics align. Since then, we’ve decided: House Number Eight was just the beginning.

We believe in spaces that do more than just look good – they should feel good, too. Through careful planning, tactile materials, and a balance of minimalism and warmth, we create interiors that are both timeless and vivid spaces with soul.

Ronja’s journey began with @housenumbereight_ – a personal design project that grew into a vibrant community of over 200k people. Her approach blends Scandinavian calm with a warm, emotional sensibility. Always minimal, but never cold. Always beautiful, but never superficial. With her strong visual eye and intuitive design thinking, she brings feeling into every space we create.

Hormuth Architektur isn’t just an architecture office – it’s a team of thinkers, doers, and visionaries. Since 2017, they’ve been pushing boundaries with a clear, modern aesthetic and a deeply collaborative mindset. Their architectural expertise laid the foundation for Studio Eight.
